A front office process, technology and data expert, he has led strategy, vendor selection and implementation projects for some of Holland Mountain's largest and most complex clients.

Adam Aziz is Head of Project Management & Investor Servicing at Ambienta, with 20+ years in private markets spanning institutional investor relations, go-to-market execution and operational scaling. He has helped drive multi-billion fundraising campaigns, shaped product positioning and distribution strategy, and built global teams that deliver.

Tom Hughes is Head of Commercial at Atominvest, based in London. With 19+ years in fintech, private capital advisory and VC-backed SaaS, Tom leads EMEA commercial at Atominvest. His focus is on on go-to-market strategy, sales operations and client relationships that help firms grow.
